IE, what if you were in a fight for your life and how would you fare. Could your level of fitness play a role in your life expectancy? I think yes, in a big way. When I came the first thing said to me was from Dan he said &quot; I jumped to 46in on the box jumps , so I took this as a challenge. Well Dan I jumped to 50in , screw my diane time Ive got a 50in box jump, thats what I took away that day.
