I'm doing this workout today instead of the snatch wod, is there any way we can get the ambient temp in the box to 80 so I can accurately compare my score to Gwyneth's?

See the doctor told her if she lifted more than 3lbs all the plastic surgery and collegen she paid for would make her face explode... she can't take the pressure! I wonder if they go skipping thru the orchard holding hands for a cool down session??? Nah, probably not cause the outside temp would be too intense, it could kill them. HOLY JESUS PEOPLE!!!

After a little google search I see this style of training conducted by this entrepreneur, can run as high as 900 a month.
Laughing all the way to Rodeooo dr.

5,3,1 program still going strong.
3 weeks in, 5 to go. Only doing 2 metcons a week 10 min of less.
Change is not easy.

Kohl-Rx-185pr 2:40 set to pr's today first at 175 then jumped to 185 should have kept going felt good and had plenty in the tank! Great seeing Russ in the House!!!!!
