REST DAY

work your mental game today if it's indeed a rest day for you.

the internet is full of useful tools & resources (for the most part) on anything and everything fitness related. research your weaknesses and educate yourself in order to better yourself. apply what you learn and turn your weakness into a strength. remember, your body can only be as strong as your mind.

Wow! Thanks for all the great links Russ. I only wish I had them the last two weeks I've been out of commission. Pulling the last stitches out if my hand this weekend and getting back on the horse...

Today I did 100 OHS with 50% bw.
I avoid this lift for two reasons. 1st because I am weak at it. 2nd I don't like it.
