In no way is the title of this WOD meant reference the architect. When you see Turbo, whether it be in person, live video, or on the life size poster in your sister's bedroom... There's no disguising it... l'm wiping the floor with you and at least three other vics I choose at random.

dropped in for a wod at crossfit cedar valley in waterloo, iowa.

thx to mac for the hospitality and workout. great place, great people and wod.

waterloo is only 856ft above sea level - which to me felt more like the hindu kush of afghanistan. i was gasping for air after the first round of todays amrap which consisted of:

amrap 20mins-
25 double unders
25 air squats
200m run
25 push ups

160bw. rx. 7+ rounds

Travis G 199bw modified "trannie" ---to keep time reasonable I cut the double unders in half. Did not want to double up on doing singles just to feel like I accomplished the same work load. I know I must be able to do double unders with consistancy to progress forward.

Turbo's wod: 23:32, definitely a deceptive one!
