EMOM : THRUSTERS/PULL UPS

warm up
400m run

3rnds:
wall ball shots x 10
jumping pull ups x 10
abmat sit ups x 10
ghd hip extensions x 10

focus: thruster

workout
with a continuously running clock, perform one thruster then one pull up the first minute, two of each the second minute, three of each the third minute and so on...continuing as long as you are able.

95# men / 55# women

score is highest minute completed

after 10 minute break did following.
rob. 50 hspu's. 20 du's for every time I stopped.
bou. 50 x 80kg bench press. 20 du's for every break up as well.
