THINKING POSITIVE
Mindset check, goal get deadlifts unbroken & pace myself on hspu. 3 2 1 go. Objective met with just the right weight. Better to keep proper form than run the risk of injury. Live to fight another day. 8:54 Not what I would call break neck speed but a time I am not ashamed off.

Male 56 years young,150 lbs, as Rx'd. 7:14. Deadlifts are one of my most glaring Cfit weaknesses so thought I'd play this 6 weeks and try to improve them. ROM on HSPU'd between nose and forehead, Goal for Dec 19th is sub5:45.
