pvc burgener warm up x 10

focus: barbell hang power clean

workout
4 rounds:
bodyweight bench press for max reps
1min rest
c2b pull ups for max reps
1min rest
bodyweight back squats for max reps

rest precisely 3mins after each round

scale as needed but use same load
post total reps from each for score
