"WALK IT OUT"

For time:

400m walking lunge with 45lb bar where every 3rd lunge is an overhead press. Rest position is any position where bar is not touching ground. Penalty for bar touching ground is lean and rest position and held until you continue lunging again.

It was an honor to have Mateo De los Reyes make the trip all the way from Virginia Beach and train with us. Mateo owns and operates Global Martial Arts and was made an honorary member of CFJ.
