then
Tabata ball slams; rotating between 12/16/20/25 pound ball
then
100m sprint intervals
then
HOOVERBALL!

Good Saturday class. I'm going to have to make it out there more regularly.
Anyone else wake up and feel like someone had bombarded your chest with a medicine ball for an hour?
