Nitch didn't want to get in on the fun on this one?? ;) Defninitly motivating changing the scenery a bit and getting out to the beach for a work out. As always, thank you for conditioning our Minds and our Bodies!! :)
Nitch assisted our camera crew that day lol! Every Saturday will be a beach/park workout from here on (weather permitting of course). You and Steph did awesome!
