ZERCHER, DIPS & PULL-UPS

Pull-ups  1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10
We 'played' around with the Zercher water pipe yesterday and was immediately humbled by its existence. Stabilization? Core strength? Balance? Agility? Coordination? It has it all...
